COMMUNITY FUND

The aim of our Community Fund is to raise funds for those in our network who are most reliant on tourism income usually generated by TruTravels groups, and those that need the extra support most right now. The way it works is that when you buy your Travel Voucher to claim against a trip at a later date, along with the 10% value bonus which you receive, we will donate an additional 10% of the value of the voucher to the Community Fund.

You are also more than welcome to make additional donations to the fund on top of or instead of your voucher purchase. Please contact us to find out how via our live chat or email info@trutravels.com.

When we have raised a significant amount, we will donate all of this to the people who we feel are in most need of the help. Be it Tru guides who are currently not working and have families to support, tuk-tuk drivers, or restaurant workers with no customers at the moment. Along with the money that goes into the Community Fund, buying these Travel Vouchers shows your support for the travel industry, and provides a much-needed confidence boost that things will pick up again when the world goes back to normal. The people who go out of their way every day to bring you the best experiences need all the support they can get right now, and we hope that this initiative will go a small way to providing some.

Travel Vouchers Terms & Conditions

• Your Travel Vouchers are valid for life from date of purchase and can be used against any TruTravels tour product.
• You do not need to commit to a travel date when purchasing your travel vouchers.
• When purchasing your travel voucher you will receive an extra 10% of the value on top of your purchase. Eg. If you purchase £1000 worth of vouchers you will receive £1,100 of vouchers to be used against a trip.
• 10% of all proceeds will go to the TruTravels community fund which you can read more about here.
• Travel vouchers are 90% refundable. The 10% non-refundable part of your voucher will be kept towards the TruTravels community fund.
• Travel vouchers are not valid for refund until 2 years after purchase.
• Travel vouchers must be purchased via TruTravels sales team who can be contacted on info@trutravels.com or +44 203 542 2463.
