Standard Black Friday Sale Terms & Conditions

• Black Friday Weekend discounts go live at 08:00 on 5th November 2025 (GMT).
• Black Friday Weekend discounts finish on 2nd December at 23:59 2025 (GMT).
• Black Friday VIP early access will run from 3rd November 2025, 09:00 (GMT) until 5th November 17:00 (GMT).
• Bookings must be made during this period, and no exceptions can be made.
• Discounts are not valid on Limited Edition tours or 2027 tours.
• All 2025/2026 Classic tours and Multi-Country tours will have 20% off.
• All 2026 Backpacker tours will have 10% off with selected dates on 20% off.
• 40% off trips are on specific start dates and tours and can be removed at any time. Please note: 40% discounts are extremely limited, and the final discretion to apply a discount to your booking will rest with TruTravels. Whilst we will do our best to make sure our website always reflects the most accurate price, there may be times when the website is delayed in displaying the most up-to-date discount.
• Discounts cannot be backdated to any historical bookings.
• Discount cannot be combined with any other discount, such as Ex-TruTraveller or Multi-Country discounts or Student Discount or any other discount codes.
• 40% off departure bookings that are later moved to a different departure will lose their right to the discount given. Discount will then be reverted to 0% on any promotion live at the time of rebooking.
• Bookings cancelled and rebooked in a promotional period will invalidate all discounts, and your original balance will still stand.
• All trips booked where you're travelling within 60 days of purchase will need to be paid in full.
• Black Friday discounts are not valid on partnership tours or closed group tours.
