Standard Black Friday Sale Terms & Conditions

- Black Friday Weekend discounts go live at 00:01 on 4th November 2026 (GMT).

- Black Friday Weekend discounts finish on 4th December at 23:59 2026 (GMT).

- Black Friday VIP early access will run from 2nd November 08:00 am (GMT) until 3rd November 23:59 (GMT)

- Bookings must be made during this period, and no exceptions can be made.

- All 2026/2027 Classic tours and Multi-Country tours will have 20% off.

- 40% off trips are on specific start dates and tours and can be removed at any time. Please note: 40% discounts are extremely limited, and the final discretion to apply a discount to your booking will rest with TruTravels. Whilst we will do our best to make sure our website always reflects the most accurate price, there may be times when the website is delayed in displaying the most up-to-date discount.

- Discounts cannot be backdated to any historical bookings.

- Discounts cannot be combined with any other discount, such as Ex-TruTraveller or Multi-Country discounts or Student Discount or any other discount codes.

- 40% off departure bookings that are later moved to a different departure will lose their right to the discount given. Discount will then be reverted to 0% on any promotion live at the time of rebooking.

- Bookings cancelled and rebooked in a promotional period will invalidate all discounts, and your original balance will still stand.

- All trips booked where you're travelling within 60 days of purchase will need to be paid in full.

- Black Friday discounts are not valid on partnership tours or closed group tours.

- All TruTravels' normal booking conditions still stand and can be found here.

 

'GIVEMEMORE' TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

The promoter

1. The promoter is TruTravels Ltd,6 Fife Road, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, KT1 1SZ, United Kingdom , company number 08094426.

2. By entering, you agree to these terms and to our booking terms and conditions at https://www.trutravels.com/

 

Who can enter

3. The draw is open to people aged 18 or over.

4. TruTravels employees, their households and anyone professionally connected with the draw cannot enter.

 

How to enter

5. The promotion runs from 00:01 (UK time) on Monday 2 November 2026 to 14:00 (UK time) on Friday 4 December 2026 (the "Promotional Period").

6. To enter, you must book any TruTravels trip during the Promotional Period, enter the code GIVEMEMORE at checkout and pay your deposit in full during the Promotional Period.

7. Only bookings with a paid deposit are entered. Holding or reserving a spot without paying a deposit is not an entry. If you hold a spot and then pay your deposit during the Promotional Period, you are entered from the date your deposit is paid.

8. Each qualifying booking receives one entry per traveller named on the booking.

9. Bookings made before 2 November 2026 or after the Promotional Period closes are not eligible.

10. There is no extra charge to enter. Using the GIVEMEMORE code does not change the price of your trip, and it can be used alongside other Black Friday offers.

 

The draws

11. There are four draws, streamed live on Instagram at @trutravels at 4:30pm (UK time) on Friday 13 November, Friday 20 November, Friday 27 November and Friday 4 December 2026.

12. Each draw includes all valid entries received by 12pm (UK time) on Friday before the draw. The final draw includes all valid entries received by the close of the Promotional Period.

13. Entries do not roll over.

14. One winner is picked at random in each draw using Wheel of Names (wheelofnames.com). Entries are shown on screen as first name, tour name and tour month.

15. Each person can win once.

 

The prize

16. There are four prizes. Each winner receives £1,000 towards flights and £1,000 spending money, a total value of £2,000 per winner.

17. Flights: we will reimburse up to £1,000 of flight costs for travel to and from the winner's booked TruTravels trip, paid when the winner books their flights and sends us proof of purchase. Flights must be booked more than 30 days before departure. Any unused amount cannot be exchanged for cash.

18. Spending money: we will pay £1,000 by bank transfer to the winner 14 days before their tour start date.

19. Prizes are non-transferable. If circumstances beyond our control require it, we may offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

 

Winners

20. We will contact each winner by email and phone within 24 hours of the draw. Winners must reply within 7 days.

21. If a winner does not reply in time, or is not eligible, they forfeit the prize and we will pick an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.

22. Winners will be announced on our social channels by first name and trip.

 

Cancellations and repayment

23. If a qualifying booking is cancelled before a draw takes place, its entry is removed from that draw.

24. If a winner cancels their qualifying booking after winning, the prize is forfeited and must be repaid. Any prize money we have already paid, including flight reimbursement and spending money, must be paid back to TruTravels in full within 30 days of the cancellation.

25. If a winner does not pay their balance by the due date and the booking is cancelled under our booking terms, this counts as a cancellation by the winner.

26. If a winner moves to a different trip or departure date under our booking terms, the prize stays valid for the new booking. However any additional airline charges/new flights, will not be covered by TruTravels.

27. If TruTravels cancels the winner's trip, the winner does not have to repay the prize, and we will work with them to apply it to a rebooked trip.

General

28. We may disqualify any entry we reasonably believe is fraudulent or breaks these terms.

29. We may change, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond our control require it. We will tell entrants about any changes.

30. We use entrants' personal data only to run this promotion, in line with our privacy policy.

31. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.

32. Our decision on the draw is final. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
