Marshmallow Moment
Day 6

After an unforgettable evening with your host families, it's time to gather round the bonfire. Toast marshmallows, get cosy under the stars and swap stories from the adventure so far. Cycling around Puerto Viejo
Day 7

Grab your bike and hit the coastal road to Punta Uva, 7km of jungle-lined Caribbean riding. With the heat and humidity cranked up, this one will test your legs, so pace yourself and keep that water bottle close. Push through and you'll roll into one of Costa Rica's most stunning beaches, where turquoise water and soft sand are waiting to cool you down. Trust us, every pedal is worth it.

Cahuita National park
Day 8

Lace up and head into Cahuita National Park, where the rainforest runs right up to the Caribbean Sea. Follow the coastal trail through the jungle and keep your eyes peeled for sloths hanging in the trees, howler monkeys calling overhead and cheeky capuchins checking you out.
