Just Go Terms & Conditions

• Just go discounts go live at 08:00 on 10th December 2025 (GMT).
• Just go discounts finish at 23:59 on 31st January 2026 (GMT).
• Holding a space does not hold or lock in the discount shown. Discounts are only confirmed once payment/deposit has been made.
• Bookings must be made during this period and no exceptions can be made.
• 30% off trips are on specific start dates and tours and can be removed at any time. Please note: 30% discounts are extremely limited, and the final discretion to apply a discount to your booking will rest with TruTravels. Whilst we will do our best to make sure our website always reflects the most accurate price, there may be times when the website is delayed in displaying the most up-to-date discount.
• Discounts cannot be backdated to any historical bookings.
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other discount, such as Ex-TruTraveller or Multi-Country discounts, Student Discount or any other discount codes.
• 30%, 20% and 10% off departure bookings that are later moved to a different departure will lose their right to the discount given. Discount will then be reverted to 0% on any promotion live at the time of rebooking.
• Bookings cancelled and rebooked in a promotional period will invalidate all discounts, and your original balance will still stand.
• All trips booked where you're travelling within 60 days of purchase will need to be paid in full.
• Limited Edition tours are not discounted.
• Just Go discounts are not valid on partnership tours or closed group tours
• All normal booking conditions still stand and can be found here.

Email-only Just Go Code Drops

• Over the course of the Just Go sale, a limited number of exclusive 30% discount codes will be released via email.
• These codes must be quoted directly to the TruTravels sales team (via email or phone) at the time of booking in order to be applied.
• Discount codes are first come, first served and subject to extremely limited availability. It is at the sole discretion of TruTravels to determine which customer contacted the sales team first.
• Once all allocated spaces for a code have been filled, the code will no longer be valid.
• All trips booked where you're travelling within 60 days of purchase will need to be paid in full.
• These discount codes provide up to 30% off a tour (excluding Limited Edition tours) and are not stackable with any other discounts.
• If a tour or departure is already discounted (e.g. 20%), the code will only apply the additional discount required to bring the total discount up to 30%, not an extra 30%.
• These discount codes are not valid on Limited Edition tours, partnership tours, or closed group tours.
• Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively, cannot be backdated, and cannot be applied to existing bookings.
• All normal booking conditions still stand and can be found here.
