Day 1
AIRPORT PICK UP
You’ve made it! Ready to kick start the most epic, life-changing 8 days of your life? Hell yeah! Think fitness retreat, turned bucket list ticking, worldwide travelling extravaganza. Fly into Denpasar Airport and we’ll meet you there! We’ll transport you to our hotel in Batu Bolong Canggu where you can check-in anytime from 2 pm. The afternoon is yours to spend as you please, check out the local area, hit the beaches and cafes or if you’re feeling super energised check out some of Canggu’s famous beach clubs! The area of Canggu has everything you could ever want, so grab a green matcha smoothie and check it out! In the evening we get together and meet the rest of the group who we’ll be spending the next glorious 8 days with! We grab a welcome dinner and get to know each other, names, ages, who has the bigger buns of steel? You know, the usual stuff.
Day 2
Fitness finesse!
We’re up early for our first beach workout session, time to make those dreams a reality! The workout is around 1.5 hours and has a range of run beach activities, from squats and deadlifts to tyre flipping activities. These experiences can be tailor-made for all fitness levels! So if you need a breather or two, no stress! After kicking some ass early doors, we fuel up by grabbing a hotel breakfast! Who’s feeling energised! Early afternoon is yours to spend as you please, a snooze on the beach, chill by the pool, whatever you fancy! You’ve earned it. In the afternoon, we wind down with a massage, stretching out from the morning workout! How do you end a perfect day? Yoga on the beach as the sun goes down. Is there anywhere you’d rather be? Course not, you’re in paradise.

Day 3
Boxing, Beaches & Boards baby!
Wake up today you’re Rocky Balboa, well not quite… but we’re starting today off with a 2-hour boxing class. Whether you’re a world-class Muhammad Ali boxer or the strongest punch you have is rum punch, a Bali boxing class is like no other! Afterwards, we head to a nearby beach. Surf’s up! Get those shaka’s out we’re riding those waves! Bali is one of the best places to surf in the world, so you won’t find a better experience. Wash away your troubles as you become the next big surfing legend, well if you can stand up by the end, you’re pretty much a winner, it’s a jam-packed day! In the evening we head to one of Bali’s best beach clubs for sunset, we grab drinks and watch the sun go down after a day of boxing, boards and beaches. BLISS.

Day 4
Waterfalls, Wanderlust & Winding down
The early bird catches the worm.. Or the final beach boot camp session? Same same. We’re up early for one last fitness session on the beach at sunrise. Is there a better way to kick start your day? We very much doubt it... Afterwards, we grab a quick breakfast before checking out of our hotel, leaving Canggu and jumping in our minibus to head to our next destination - Ubud! Ubud is a must-visit in Bali, famous for its yoga retreats, relaxing and zen vibes. Ubud’s the place to be after a packed few days. Along the way we stop at Tibumana waterfall, oh god, it’s a beauty! Hidden in the jungle, Tibumana waterfall is one of Bali’s best kept hidden secrets, an Instagrammer’s dream, any traveller’s wanderlust and well, your reality! Cool off in the falls, grab those insta pics (you’ve worked hard for them!) before checking into our hotel in Ubud. Check out the local area, explore the markets & spas. Grab an acai bowl and wind down. We grab an early night before our sunrise volcano trek in the AM!

Day 5
Sunrise on top of a Volcano!
You won’t Bali-eve what today has in store for you! Rise & Shine our fitness fam as we’re up and out at 2 am to hike Mount Batur volcano! 1 strong, black coffee, please! The trek is around 2 hours up, but the views at the top? Out of this world. Is this a dream? Is your head in the clouds? Well, you are atop a 5,600ft active volcano, but the sunrise really has never been more spectacular. After marvelling at the stunning views, we head back down and arrive back to the hotel around 10 am. Grab a quick power snooze, upload that insta pic with the caption’ ain’t no mountain high enough..’ or chillax for a few hours before we unwind with an afternoon yoga session. Positive vibes, downward dogs, and stretch it out! Exactly what’s needed after climbing a volcano.. Did we mention we climbed a volcano? In the evening, we grab a group dinner before ending with a massage or spa treatment—relaxation station.
Day 6
Biking riding around Bali!
Rise and shine! Because today is a good’en, we’re mixing things up a bit as we explore Bali by bicycle! We leave the hotel around 8 am and jump in our minivan to Mount Batur. Here we start our epic 50km bike ride through the stunning scenic volcanic landscape and lucious green rice paddies. Trust us. We know the hotspots! Time to get those buns moving! Along the way, we stop at a local village to grab lunch where we learn about the local culture and traditional offerings. The ultimate TruExclusive. What’s a TruExclusive? Well, you’re not getting this anywhere else! We immerse ourselves in traditional Balinese culture and get to know a local family. Afterwards, we stop at the Balinese Tirta Empul water temple and ancient burial shrines of Gunung Kawi. It’s an exciting and cultural day and one not to be missed!

Day 7
Nutrition, Wellness & Cooking class
It’s our last full day. Have we got a 6 pack already? Well not quite, but it’s been an energising, rewarding week so far! Start as you mean to go on! We’re up early for our final big workout session! Let’s do this! In the afternoon, we’re unwinding with yoga meditation. Clear head, clear mind. You have the opportunity to meet with one of our nutritionist and life coaches to discuss goals and diet plans you can take home to carry on your wellness journey! In the evening we head to Wayan’s family home, a legend within the TruTravels community and Balinese cooking master! We learn, cook and devour some healthy Balinese food and enjoy our farewell dinner together! If you’ve overindulged, no worries we’re heading to a Balinese temple for one last unforgettable night on tour. Did someone say traditional Balinese fire Kecak dancing? Yeah! We’re coming in HOTTT!

Day 8
Ubud chilled check out
Today is a chilled checkout day, it’s been a wild one, and we hope you’ve been put through your paces! If you’re travelling further our Travel Ninja is on hand for any needs you may have, a post-tour sadness induced hug, or if you need to arrange a taxi back to the airport. You know, all the important stuff. You’re now a member of the TruFam, and TruFam is for life, so it’s not goodbye, it’s see you later. Hey, create that group WhatsApp and make it a yearly reunion!
