The traditional food of Maldivians is based around fish, (tuna to be more specific), chilli and coconuts. White rice, noodles and “roshi” (a flour based flat-bread) are staple items. Meals will also include chicken, vegetables, salads and fresh fruit. Most dietary requirements can be met providing you make us aware at time of booking.
