TruTravels Photo Submission Terms & Conditions

By submitting or uploading photos to TruTravels, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Permission and Ownership

 

You confirm that:

• You are the creator and legal copyright holder of the photo(s), or you have full permission from the copyright holder to share the image(s).
• You have the consent of all identifiable individuals featured in the photo(s) to share their image publicly and for promotional use by TruTravels.

 

2. License to Use

 

By submitting your photo(s), you grant TruTravels a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to:

• Use, edit, repost, publish, and distribute the photo(s) across any TruTravels marketing platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, email newsletters, and the TruTravels website.
• Use the photo(s) in promotional campaigns, advertising materials, and digital or print media, with or without credit.

 

3. Attribution

 

Where possible and appropriate, TruTravels will credit you as the creator by tagging your social media handle or name. However, TruTravels is not obligated to provide attribution, and your permission is granted regardless of credit.

 

4. No Compensation

 

You acknowledge that no financial compensation, fee, or other payment will be provided for the use of your photo(s). However you will be entered in a prize draw to win £250 travel credit. The draw will take place every quarter and winners will be contacted by the sales team. Standard terms and conditions for travel credit and bookings apply.

 

5. Right to Remove

 

If at any time you wish TruTravels to stop using your image(s), you may contact us at marketing@trutravels.com. While TruTravels will make reasonable efforts to remove your image from future use, previously printed or published materials may not be able to be recalled.

 

6. Indemnity

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruTravels from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of your submitted photo(s), including claims related to copyright infringement or lack of consent.
