TruTravels Discount Codes - Terms and conditions

TruTravels Promotion: Terms & Conditions

• The TAKEOFF25 promotion is valid for bookings made between 5 May 2026 and 31st July 2026 (inclusive). This will give 25% off full-priced tours or increase the existing discount to 25% off. This offer applies to selected 2026 tour departures only and excludes all Limited Edition tours, partnership tours, and closed group tours.

Eligibility & Booking Requirements

• Bookings must be made within the promotional period. No exceptions will be made for bookings outside of these dates.
• Discounts are not stackable. TAKEOFF25 will give customers the max discount of 25% off.
• Holding a space on a tour does not guarantee or lock in any discount. Discounts are only confirmed once a valid payment or deposit has been received.
• Discounts apply only to selected tours and specific departure dates and are subject to availability.
• Any booking made for travel within 60 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Discount Details

• Discounts of 25% off are available on selected departures only. These offers are extremely limited and may be removed at any time without notice.
• While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, there may be occasional delays in updating the website. Final discretion on discount application rests with TruTravels.
• Discounts cannot be backdated to any previous or existing bookings.
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, including (but not limited to) Ex-TruTraveller discounts, Multi-Country discounts, Student discounts, or any other promotional codes.

Changes, Cancellations & Rebookings

• If a booking is amended to a different departure date, the original promotional discount will be removed. The booking will revert to 0% discount or any applicable promotion available at the time of change.
• If a booking is cancelled and then rebooked during a promotional period, all discounts will be invalidated, and the original balance will still apply.

Exclusions

• Limited Edition tours are not included in this promotion.
• Discount codes are not valid on partnership tours or closed group tours.

General Conditions

• All standard TruTravels booking terms and conditions continue to apply alongside this promotion.
