Overnight Bungalows on Bottle Beach
Very few people actually stay here and experience it as you will. It’s almost impossible to describe how cool this place is. You can play volleyball, go for a swim, kayak, hike to the viewpoint or frolic on the beach with one of the friendly resort dogs. In the evening, we’ll have dinner on the beach (obviously) followed by some cocktails next to a beach campfire with our own private fire show.
Cambodia Rural Experience & Sunset BBQ
Step into the shoes of a local Mango/Rice farmer and learn what it takes to harvest everyone’s favourite tropical fruit. You’ll even get to enjoy the fruits of your labour. See what we did there? Fruits of your labour. No? Oh, forget it. After that it’s time to join our local guide in his family home - you can't get more special than that!
Jungle trek & Hill tribe homestay
One-off experience where you trek through the jungle to a traditional hill tribe and experience life with the locals. Spend the night at a homestay, enjoy homecooked food and even do bamboo rafting in the morning before heading onto the next adventure.

First up, admire the views from Wat Pra Maha Doi Sutthep, a temple perched high in the mountains where you’ll feel on top of the world, literally! Next up, we head for a local village homestay, it’s a short hike through the jungle where we’ll spend the night living local and learning about the traditional farmers of the area and enjoying a traditional home-cooked meal by the local village family. A TruExclusive like no other. After saying goodbye to our new friends we travel in style via bamboo rafts as we float down the river, looking out for elephants along the way. We end our time in Chiang Mai with a heart-racing, adrenaline-filled zipline through the luscious green jungle! We’ll also be visiting an elephant rehabilitation sanctuary in Chiang Mai. Animal welfare is incredibly important to us here at Tru, so we’ll be visiting a sanctuary where elephants are free to roam around and not used for entertainment.

Note: The trek does not require a high level of fitness, but it can be a bit of a challenge, you’ll definitely earn the beers we crack open back in Chiang Mai!

Phnom Penh is home to a hugely important and eye-opening piece of Cambodian history, and if there’s one place that every person should visit at some point in their life, it’s the Killing Fields and S21 prison. It may not be an easy day, but it is an important one. We take the time to learn about the genocide that took the lives of millions, and we visit a prison where the Khmer Rouge held 17,000 prisoners. Thailand Adventure - Khao Sok

thailand

Welcome to Thailand! Here we'll start our insane 50-day adventure in Southeast Asia! We'll stay in a variety of stylish accommodations with gorgeous sun terraces, pools, jaw-dropping views and most importantly, right in the centre of all the fun!

cambodia

Cambodia is calling and we're seeing it in the very best way possible. Across our Cambodian adventure, we stay in a range of accommodations. From local hotels to private beach hostels. Tru-ly immerse yourself in the magic of one of South East Asia's backpacking hotspots with all hotels featuring WIFI and ensuites. Upon reaching Koh Rong, we live our best island life of hammocks and beaches. (A sim card would be best for Koh Rong as the island is small, wifi is limited)

vietnam

Vietnam is a backpacker's paradise so it's only right we see the coast in style. From Hoi Chi Minh to Hoi An we will be staying in a range of accommodations from bungalows in stunning Ninh Binh to overnight cruises in the world-famous Halong Bay. All hotels are ensuite and have WIFI facilities!
