'Bring Someone Special' Terms & Conditions

 

Eligibility

• The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Entrants must have a valid passport and be eligible to travel to Croatia on the tour departure date (13th September 2025).

 

Entry Conditions

• Entrants must: follow @TruTravels on Instagram, like the official competition post on Instagram and comment on the post by nominating a friend who deserves a trip to Croatia, including a brief explanation of why.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple comments will not increase the chances of winning.

 

Prize Details

• The winner will receive 2 spots (1 for the winner, 1 for their nominated friend) on the TruTravels Croatia Sail tour departing 13th September 2025.
• The prize is non-transferable and can only be used on this specific tour date.
• Flights, travel insurance, and any additional expenses not explicitly mentioned are not included and are the responsibility of the winners.

 

Competition Period

• The competition opens on 30th July 2025 and closes at 23:59 BST on 5th August 2025.
• Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

 

Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be chosen by the TruTravels team.
• The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 7 days of the competition closing.
• If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, TruTravels reserves the right to select another winner.

 

Conditions of Participation

• By entering, you confirm that you and your nominated friend are both able and available to travel on 13th September 2025.
• Both travellers will be required to accept TruTravels’ standard tour terms and conditions before joining the trip.
• The winner and their nominated friend must each provide valid ID and proof of age upon request.

 

Publicity

• By entering, entrants agree that TruTravels may use their name, Instagram handle, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

General

• TruTravels reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
