Product Coordinator

Role Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Start Date: ASAP

The role:

As a Product Coordinator, you’ll play a key supporting role in how our travel experiences are researched, built, and continuously improved. Working closely with our Product and Supplier Relations teams, you’ll help bring destinations, routes, and supplier partnerships to life — ensuring our tours are well-designed, well-documented, and ready to deliver unforgettable experiences. This is an ideal role for someone who’s organised, curious, and excited to build a career in travel product, operations, or supplier management. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to how tours are created behind the scenes, while developing strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Why Join Tru?

TruTravels exists to create experiences that go beyond the ordinary, for our travellers and for the people who build the brand behind the scenes. We’re a fast-moving, purpose-led company that believes work should be meaningful, collaborative, and challenging in the right ways. We care deeply about the experiences we create, the people we work with, and the impact we have on the world around us. At Tru, you’ll find real ownership, room to grow, and the opportunity to be part of something that’s constantly evolving. We encourage curiosity, back people to take responsibility, and support each other to raise the bar without losing the sense of fun and connection that makes this place special. If you’re looking for a place where you can do work that matters, be part of a genuine community, and help build something that doesn’t settle for ordinary, you’ll feel right at home.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Support the Product and Supplier Relations teams with day-to-day tasks and administration.
  • Assist with product research, destination planning and route development for new and existing tours.
  • Research potential suppliers and make initial contact to gather information, rates and availability.
  • Support supplier communication by coordinating follow-ups, documents and basic queries.
  • Help maintain accurate product information, supplier details and internal documentation.
  • Assist with quality, safety and compliance checks by collecting and organising relevant information.
  • Support product updates, reviews and improvements based on feedback and internal requirements.
  • Help prepare basic reports, comparisons and summaries for the Product team.
  • Coordinate with Operations and other internal teams to support smooth product delivery.
  • Provide general administrative and organisational support to the Product and Supplier Relations teams as required.

About You:

Experience:

You don’t need to have done this exact role before — what matters most is your mindset, organisation, and willingness to learn.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • An interest in travel, product, operations, or supplier coordination (previous experience is a bonus but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, comfortable engaging with suppliers and internal teams.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically and practically.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a professional, friendly approach.
  • Flexibility and openness to occasional work-related travel, if required.
  • A self-motivated, reliable and organised working style.

Capabilities

In this role, you’ll build and demonstrate capability across:

Organisation & Coordination – managing information, documents, and tasks accurately and efficiently.

Attention to Detail – ensuring product, supplier, and compliance information is accurate and up to date.

Collaboration – working cross-functionally with Product, Supplier Relations, and Operations teams.

UX/CRO Lead (UK Based)

A young male traveller on tour with TruTravels posing in front of Petra

UX / CRO Lead

Role Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Kingston Upon Thames

Start Date: ASAP

The role

This role exists to make Tru’s digital experience better, every single day.

As UX & CRO Lead, you’ll be obsessed with how people behave across our website and digital journeys, where they hesitate, where they drop off, what confuses them and what nudges them forward. Your job is to spot those moments, and A/B test them.

You’ll focus on finding 1% improvements everywhere. Small refinements to flows, layouts, interactions and hierarchy that, when compounded, drive meaningful gains in usability, engagement and conversion. You won’t own revenue targets or commercial performance outright, but your work will directly support them. This is a hands-on optimisation and experimentation role, sitting at the heart of how Tru improves its website today while laying the foundations for more product- and app-like digital experiences in the future.

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

  • Get more value from the traffic Tru already has by improving how the website works.
  • Identify friction, confusion and drop-off points across the user journey.
  • Turn insight into clear hypotheses, tests and improvements.
  • Make incremental changes that improve clarity, ease and confidence for users.

Relentless experimentation

  • Run a continuous programme of A/B and multivariate testing across the site.
  • Test layouts, copy, CTAs, imagery, navigation, flows and interactions.
  • Prioritise tests based on impact, effort and learning potential.
  • Ship fast, learn fast and iterate.

Website optimisation

  • Improve usability, speed and engagement across desktop and mobile.
  • Support optimisation of key revenue-driving pages and journeys.
  • Ensure improvements are measurable, documented and scalable.
  • Focus on progress through iteration, not big-bang redesigns.

UX Design & App Experience

  • Support the evolution of Tru’s digital experience from a traditional website into a more app-like, product-led platform.
  • Help design and test new features that improve usability, engagement and repeat interaction — beyond the core booking journey.
  • Apply UX best practice to flows, navigation, information architecture and interaction patterns.
  • Experiment with how users interact with Tru across different moments in their journey — discovery, planning, booking and ongoing engagement.
  • Contribute to shaping scalable UX patterns and components that can be reused across future web and app experiences.

Collaboration & ways of working

  • Work closely with: Growth Strategy & Marketing Operations on priorities, insight and performance context.
  • Creative Team to test and refine design, layout and brand expression.
  • Share learnings clearly and regularly.
  • Build a test-and-learn knowledge base so insight compounds over time.
  • Champion evidence-led decision making across teams.

What success looks like:

  • A consistent pipeline of experiments running at all times.
  • Clear, measurable improvements to conversion, engagement and usability metrics.
  • Faster learning cycles and fewer opinion-led decisions.
  • A website that feels simpler, more intuitive and more valuable to users.
  • Tangible progress towards Tru feeling like a lifestyle brand, not just a booking engine.

The mindset we’re looking for:

  • Obsessed with detail, behaviour and outcomes.
  • Naturally curious and deeply experimental.
  • Data-literate, but design-aware.
  • Comfortable working within a broader commercial framework rather than owning targets.
  • Energised by marginal gains and compounding impact.
  • Pragmatic, hands-on and delivery-focused.

About You

Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in UX, CRO, website optimisation or digital experimentation roles.
  • Hands-on experience running A/B and multivariate tests on live websites.
  • Experience working with high-traffic, consumer-facing digital products or platforms.
  • Exposure to e-commerce, travel, lifestyle or community-led brands is a bonus, not a requirement.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, creative and performance teams.

Capabilities

  • Obsessed with how users behave, not just how sites look.
  • Strong design intuition with a solid understanding of UX and UI best practices.
  • Highly experimental — comfortable forming hypotheses, testing ideas and learning fast.
  • Data-literate and confident using insight to guide decisions and prioritisation.
  • Detail-oriented, with a natural instinct for incremental improvement.
  • Comfortable balancing brand expression with usability and performance.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can explain design and test outcomes simply.
  • Collaborative and pragmatic, able to work within a wider commercial and creative framework.

This role sits right at the heart of the business, connecting market insight, commercial strategy, marketing execution, and performance delivery. This is not a “strategy on slides” role. It’s a hands-on role for someone who loves clarity, pace, accountability and making the numbers move. You’ll help define where Tru should play and how we win, then build the operating rhythm, plans, and performance visibility to make it happen across our direct digital and contact centre channels.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Growth Strategy & Direction

  • Lead the development of Tru’s online and go-to-market strategy across direct digital and contact centre channels.
  • Define priority markets, customer segments, products, and growth levers with a clear view on return, scalability, and margin impact.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, customer behaviour, and performance data.
  • Translate strategy into clear, prioritised execution plans with owners, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Ensure commercial decisions are grounded in expected return on investment, not just activity or volume.

Marketing Operations & Execution

  • Own the commercial operating rhythm for marketing and growth – planning, prioritisation, execution tracking, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure activity across digital and CRM channels is aligned to customer intent, funnel stage, and commercial outcomes.
  • Continuously assess channel and journey performance to improve conversion efficiency and return on spend.
  • Partner closely with brand, creative, product, sales, and operations teams to improve execution quality and reduce wasted effort or spend.
  • Balance short-term revenue delivery with long-term customer value and sustainable ROAS.

Funnel & Customer Journey Ownership

  • Own a holistic view of the end-to-end customer journey, from first interaction to booking.
  • Diagnose funnel leakage, friction, and inefficiencies that impact conversion and ROAS.
  • Prioritise improvements that increase booking efficiency, yield, and cost effectiveness.
  • Use insight to guide where Tru should invest more, invest less, or stop investing altogether.

Performance, Insight & Leadership Clarity

  • Own commercial performance tracking across digital and contact centre channels.
  • Build clear, trusted reporting that shows what’s driving ROAS, conversion, and revenue efficiency.
  • Create concise performance narratives for weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership forums.
  • Clearly articulate performance drivers, trade-offs, risks, and opportunities.

  • Marketing investment is prioritised, disciplined, and delivering improving returns.
  • Funnel performance and conversion efficiency improve across key booking journeys.

  • Tru is consistently investing in the markets, segments, products, and channels that deliver the strongest return.

Key Performance Indicators:

Revenue & Growth Performance

  • Revenue growth vs plan across direct digital and contact centre channels.
  • Contribution to overall company revenue and margin targets.
  • Conversion rate improvement across key booking journeys.
  • Return on marketing investment (ROAS / ROMI) by channel, segment, and journey.

Go-to-Market Effectiveness

  • On-time delivery of prioritised commercial and growth plans.
  • Performance of campaigns and initiatives vs forecasted return.
  • Channel mix optimisation toward higher-performing, higher-return activity.
  • Speed from strategy definition to execution readiness.

Funnel Performance

  • Qualified demand and enquiry quality.
  • Mid-funnel engagement and progression efficiency.
  • Booking conversion and contact centre close rates.
  • Cost efficiency across key journeys (CPA, cost per booking).

Insight & Leadership Confidence

  • Quality, clarity, and consistency of commercial reporting.

  • Commercially sharp, with a clear understanding of revenue drivers and efficiency levers.
  • Highly analytical, comfortable using data to inform decisions and performance discussions.
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

As Partnerships Growth & New Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, sourcing and shaping new commercial partnerships that can drive scalable revenue for Tru. You’ll spend your time in the market, building relationships with creators, communities, brands and platforms and turning those conversations into real commercial opportunities.

This is a pure growth role. Your job is to create high-quality deal flow and feed a constant pipeline of new opportunities into the Partnerships team.

If you’re commercially minded, confident on the phone, excited by outbound and motivated by building something from scratch, this role puts you at the front line of one of Tru’s biggest growth engines.

Why Join Tru?

TruTravels exists to create experiences that go beyond the ordinary, for our travellers and for the people who build the brand behind the scenes. We’re a fast-moving, purpose-led company that believes work should be meaningful, collaborative, and challenging in the right ways. What you’ll be responsible for:

What success looks like

Success in this role means Tru always has a strong pipeline of new, high-quality partners entering the business. You’ll be generating consistent outbound momentum, shaping commercially viable partnership concepts, and ensuring the Partnerships team is never reliant on a small number of partners or platforms for growth.

In simple terms: you’ll make sure Tru always has more opportunity than capacity.

Key responsibilities:

New partner acquisition & outreach

You’ll own outbound partner sourcing across creators, communities, brands and platforms.

This includes:

  • Reducing reliance on a small number of partners or platforms
  • Exploring new geographies and audiences
  • Bringing in a mix of short-term wins and long-term strategic partnerships
  • Feeding strategic insight back into the Partnerships leadership team
  • You are building a portfolio of revenue streams, not just one-off deals.

Who this role is perfect for

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Loves outbound, networking and deal creation
  • Is commercially confident and comfortable pitching
  • Enjoys building relationships from scratch
  • Thinks in opportunities, not tasks

  • Creator management or influencer agencies
  • Affiliate or platform partnerships
  • Sales or commercial roles in digital, media or travel

  • As Head of Partnerships & Programs, you will own Tru’s Partnerships, Affinity & Affiliates channel as a full commercial growth engine with clear revenue accountability, forecasting and performance ownership.
  • This is not a marketing role. It is a senior commercial leadership role, responsible for designing, scaling and optimising a partner-led distribution channel that sits alongside Direct and Trade as one of Tru’s core revenue pillars. You will define who Tru partners with, how those partnerships are structured, how they perform commercially, and how the channel scales over time.

  • Running partner performance reviews
  • Identifying underperforming or misaligned partners
  • Doubling down on high-performing partnerships
  • Managing churn and partner exits
