TruTravels “Flights4Free” Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
- The promoter is TruTravels Ltd, TruHQ, 6 Fife Road, Kingston Upon Thames, SurreyKT1 1SZ, United Kingdom (“TruTravels”).
2. Competition Period
- The competition opens on Monday, 3rd November 2025 at 00:01 (GMT) and closes on Tuesday, 2nd December 2025 at 23:59 (GMT)
- Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
3. Eligibility
- The competition is open to all customers who have a qualified booking within this window.
- Employees of TruTravels, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
- Entrants must have an active booking with TruTravels made during the competition period.
- TruTravels reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
4. How to Enter
- Entrants must use the code ‘FLIGHTS4FREE’ at checkout when purchasing a TruTravels trip during the competition period to receive one (1) entry into the draw.
- Alternate entry codes:
- ‘FLIGHTS4FREEVIP’ – counts as three (3) entries per use.
- ‘GATG’, ‘ZOE’, ‘F4FBENEFITHUB’, ‘FLIGHTS4FREESB’, ‘GATGF4F’ – counts as two (2) entries per use.
- Entries are automatically recorded when the code is used at checkout.
- Multiple entries are permitted if separate qualifying bookings are made.
- Cancellations, date changes and/or refunded bookings will result in the associated entries being voided.
5. Prize
- There are four (4) prizes available. Each winner will receive one (1) flight voucher up to the value of £1,000 GBP [Euro 120, USD 1300, CAD 1800, AUD 1900]
- The voucher may be used towards flights related to the TruTravels trip that the entrant used their entry for, subject to availability and the terms of the flight provider.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- The prize does not include additional costs such as travel insurance, spending money, accommodation upgrades, or any other incidental expenses.
- This prize includes flight costs and includes flight upgrades, including baggage, provided they don’t total more than the prize amount.
- TruTravels reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- Within 24 hours of the competition closing, all eligible entries will be entered into a random draw.
- Four winners will be selected at random.
- Winners will be contacted by a TruTravels representative by telephone or by email (using the contact details provided at the time of booking).
- Winners must respond and claim their prize within two (2) days of notification by contacting partnerships@trutravels.com.
- If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within two (2) days, or is found to be ineligible, TruTravels reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity & Data Protection
- By entering, entrants agree that TruTravels may contact them for the purposes of administering the competition.
- Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition.
- All entrants will be added to the TruTravels mailing list and may receive promotional communications; they can unsubscribe at any time.
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with the TruTravels Privacy Policy, available at https://www.trutravels.com/privacy-policy.
8. General
- TruTravels reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or these Terms & Conditions without notice if circumstances arise outside its control.
- TruTravels is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this competition or from the acceptance of any prize.
By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
