• All spaces won are at the discretion of TruTravels and your local BDM. Speak to them for full details on how you can win a space before the end of July.
• Passengers booked on any TruTravels product, regardless of price or length, will count towards the incentive.
• Passengers must be confirmed under your own Sherpa account, or over the phone/email with reservations in your name, to count towards the incentive

• Bookings with agency discount or FOC agency bookings do not count towards the incentive

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (ie, extreme weather), we reserve the right to amend the itinerary.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards

• Travel insurance is not included; however, participants will be required to purchase their own travel insurance before the trip begins.

• It's the participant's responsibility to ensure they have any desired / required vaccinations

• Participants agree for their image/videos to be used for marketing purposes

• Winners' participation is subject to visa eligibility and annual leave/fam trip days, which is your responsibility.
• Eligible winners must still be in their current position of employment by the time of the trip to take part.
• International flights are included in the prize however, travel to the departure airport is not included.
