- Booking period - 1st October 2025 - 28th February 2025. Only passengers confirmed within this period will count towards the incentive.
- Bookings that were confirmed but are cancelled within the booking period will not count.
- Passengers booked on any TruTravels product, regardless of price or length, will count towards the incentive.
- Passengers must be confirmed under your own Sherpa account, or over the phone/email with reservations in your name, to count towards the incentive
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards
- Winners' participation is subject to visa eligibility and annual leave/fam trip days, which is your responsibility.
- Eligible winners must still be in their current position of employment by the time of the trip to take part.
- International flights are included in the prize however, travel to the departure airport is not included.
