Split Arrival & Welcome Dinner

Živjeli! Cheers! Welcome to Croatia. Fly into Split airport, or if you're already here, we'll meet you at the hotel. You're now in Croatia's second biggest city so have a look around. Grab an ice cream or sit back and people watch, coffee in hand, from a waterfront cafe. If you're screaming to see some culture or desperate to learn some history look no further! Visit the famous Diocletian's palace, spend some time at Saint Domnius Cathedral or take a walk on the wild side up to Marjan's hill for 10/10 views. In the evening we meet up and get to know the new TruFam as we head out for drinks. Nothing says nice to meet you then sharing a mojito or two or treat yourself to the local drink Rakija and see where the night takes us. When in Croatia, Do as the Croatian's do...right?

Krka Waterfalls & Plitvice Lakes

Today we're heading to paradise. Yeah, that's right, paradise. You've probably seen pictures of Krka National Park in every interrailing, European backpacker, travel blogger's Instagram feed. It's regularly featured in National Geographic or on the front of a postcard, but nothing will prepare you for the real thing. Free flowing waterfalls, pristine calm lakes. The ultimate relaxation station. Grab breakfast together to nurse off that fuzzy head before we take a scenic drive to Krka National Park where you can swim in the waterfalls. Afterwards we head to world famous Plitvice Lakes. Known as being one of the most photogenic places in all of Europe! Grab your GoPro, the views are out of this world. Spend the night falling asleep to the sound of the local wildlife in our very own huts close to Plitvice Lakes. Dreamy AF.

Pag Island & Zcre beach!. The location of the legendary Hideout Festival. Every day is a party, beaches, beers and banging music. The afternoon is ours to spend as we please. Hit the beach, sit poolside in our edgy and quirky hostel or we'll meet you at the bar for happy hour. Who can say no to 2-4-1 daiquiris? Freshen up, and we head out for dinner and drinks!

What a wild night, and it's time for us to split (see what we did there). In the afternoon we head to Zadar. Along the way we stop for the ultimate TruExclusive. A Tru authentic Croatian experience. We're island hopping over to our Captain’s home on the island of Pag, where we learn about sheep farming and have the opportunity to sample some famous Croatian favourites, Pag cheese & grappa. Made on his very own farm, delicious! Afterwards we head to Zadar's historic centre, take a look around, maybe check out Zadar’s famous Sea Organ, an experimental musical instrument, which plays music by way of sea waves. Crazy right? Late afternoon we head back to where the magic started, Split, for one last hurrah and a night on the town with your TruFam. We grab a farewell dinner together before hitting up Split's coolest bars. We don't do average. Only legendary. Will this night go down in History? Only time will tell...
